Columbia River Bank serves as Trustee for all Health Savings Accounts.
Through our partnership with Sterling HSA, Columbia River Bank HSA administers all aspects of the HSA account: preparing IRS tax documents, managing transfers of funds to individual investment accounts, as well as accounting for all deposits, disbursements and use of debit cards.
